Well, we have all had a couple of weeks to enjoy the New March Arcade  2018 The Arcade goodies now and whilst some gacha hair isn’t suitable for SL kids, (the inevitable ‘stickyoutness’ on other sl bodies that you need to avoid!) some works fine. here are some examples:

The greyhound puppies look a lot better inworld than in the  illustration – it’s greyt that you can turn the sound off (can’t with  my RL grown up ones :D)

The Tableau Vivant Tableau Vivant Ivi hair is just as good and you may think ‘why bother?’ as quite similar but it echoes how you may wear your hair differently/different parting to subtly alter, without too much change…

Wasabi hair is always a favourite for me and this Gemma style (2) updo rings the changes and there is a good variety of browns in the HUD, including roots and regular options.

*Editing Bento Heads!*

Well there are plenty of mesh Bento heads for adults on SL MP, but a more limited option for kid avatars. Recently, I tried out the Bento Mia mesh head. Still lots of editing to go…

but the AO is pretty good with a range of emotions and add-ons.  Freckles option on the skin is always a must for me and unlike some heads, this one has a pretty decent neck blend function. Would be good to have more options with the eyebrows for kids so not so much overpluck or shaped, but usuable. If you’re a tween or teen there’s a shape option too, but as for me I’ll stick to my stretched TD ‘big kid’ body for now!
