Maths Homework!

Okay, in maths class we were all asked to find facts and make pictures about different numbers. I was given number 7: so here goes;

What picture did I choose? 7 Warrior angels – Take note ‘cyberbullies’ – everyone         (including you) has this back up. So maybe change your perceptions about who you think is ‘weak’, who you think you can pick on and who is ‘strong’ when you can’t even see who is standing by their shoulder – in the end we are all one

                                         

If you roll two dice, you are more likely to get a 7 than any other number.

The word LUCK requires 7 pen strokes.

Lord Voldemort planned in making six Horcruxes (objects containing parts of his soul), so that his soul would exist in seven parts, although he made an extra one in Harry Potter .

This has to be one of the nicest couples in SL

I remember the annual hunt from last year – and they even included me in an impromptu storytelling time last year which I still remember- really good prizes and so much attention to detail in the decor. They plan a lot of fun kids events.

 

 

In Like A Lion, Out Like A Lamb update

Today, the lamb is in charge

of grass and flower

sunshine and showers

of babies small  and large

Come all you babes

Just hear March sing

“ba-aa-aa” she sings

“Ba-aa-aa” and “ba-aa-aa” again.

“it’s Spring!”

Lol – don’t know how I feel about a lamb sneezing ‘Spring’ like snot out of her nose but there you go – that’s the end of the story!:D

Will he wander to and fro?

defeated and lost

Predicting frost?

 

No never!

This fellow is much too clever

He finds himself a sunny spot

He stretches, yawns

and curls into a knot

Waiting for the lamb to pass?

And that rumbling you hear?

Never fear

The lion is done with roaring

and now he’s snoring

Thoughts, feelings and going with the flow <3

Okay – in light of recent experiences,  I think it’s a good idea to talk about healthy communication and respect between SL parents and kids.

Parents – It’s always a good idea to ASK before you put a child on your profile picks as if you have already adopted them. ESPECIALLY if they are still only a few days into’a trial’ with you! Even if it is blind optimism and ‘looking ahead positively’ in the very best intention, it is still an assumption, without communication or consent. You wouldn’t make this assumption about a partner so why with a child? You think they have less of a ‘voice’? You are wrong.

 

An ‘easy going’ approach to finding someone who clicks with you is along the lines of:

” I like you pretty well let’s see how it goes…” Abraham Hicks = correct

” You are my world/everything has led to this moment! + telling you about how the last one broke their heart completely/they still have photos of them and you just get the impression you are a replacement ‘void filler” – uurmm – NOT correct and you are beginning to freak me out and think of running away…

KIDS

YOU are NOT responsible for how your family feels – everyone is responsible for their OWN feelings ( including YOU) Noone can ‘make’ anyone feel anything unless they allow this – don’t allow anyone to tell you they are ‘making you feel’ such and such a way!

Be happy

Be empowered

Be respectful

Be safe

Don’t be ‘guilt tripped’ for simply asserting your boundaries and thoughts. The right family will be okay talking these through. The wrong one will become defensive/attempt to shame you for their bad feelings and overreact to your attempts to talk through issues and try to make you say ” oh no I didn’t mean it, it’s okay etc”. Control is control HOWEVER it is ‘packaged’ – but then at least you know they are not for you or vice versa and it is all more contrast to work from.

Above all – TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS AND FEELINGS AND ACT FROM THEM THAT’S WHAT  YOUR EMOTIONAL GUIDANCE SYSTEM IS FOR AND NEVER FEEL BAD ABOUT DOING THIS.<3
